The situation does not look good for him...
Here is the last article I saw about him in the LA times.
"...
The defense team for U.S. cyclist Floyd Landis has asked a French anti-doping agency to postpone its scheduled proceedings against the 2006 Tour de France champion until after his appeal of doping charges brought by international authorities is complete, a spokesman for Landis said Friday..."
and you can read about Pereiro vs. Landis verdict here:
His appeal has not had its hearing yet, scheduled for March.
First he has the USA appeal hearing / ruling, then if he loses that he gets to appeal to the international court of arbitration for sport (CAS) which will take many more months.
He is still suspended from racing, has no sponsor, and likely won't race this year since these things drag out for so long.
Check out his website, he's publishing his defense and a blog. www.floydlandis.com

He has to appear on Feb. 8th to state his case. They are out to destroy him. Even if he is acquitted, like a Spanish rider was recently, his Phonak team has disbanded and all the other teams are making plans for the spring. It looks like the French lab has finally succeeded in ruining an American's cycling career.
