dude, i think you are on the wrong way, cycling makes the leg`s muscles grow, so you look stronger, not thinner, but you can get good body by any of the cycling methods: spinning (the one of indoor), mountain (my favorite), road (lance armstrong), or race (only specialized)

running isnt good, because the unions between the legs get ld and rusty, i recommend :

a)diet

b)spinning

c)mountain (you can regret it because the fall downs)

Doing anything physical besides sitting on your *** will make you thinner. Your legs will become lean and muscular the more you cycling. Once you have gained enough cardiovascular conditioning, go and purchase a nice mountain or road bike, because cycling outdoors is definitely fun!!



besides running is bad on your knees.

cycling does more of your quads or thighs
