I think the question asked is - what type of tools or procedures do you use to get the new tube and the tire back onto the rim. This is where most people go bad on a change. Here is a hint, don't use anything sharp to pry that tire over the tube. Bike shops offer blunt pry tools to do this. My changed tire never lasts as long as the original. I think I am getting the tube folded under the tire or something.

front is easy -- lossen the brakes, then loosen the tire and change it.



back -- loosen the brakes and the chain. make sure the rear gears are similar to what you had before (# and spacing) and do the same as the front. i've never dealt with the gears in the back but ..... [the last rear wheel that i personally changed was on a 5-speed bike i used to deliver papers on my paper route about 30 years ago.]
