Go to a store that sells higher end bikes. the things they have at wal-mart are junk. Wal-mart bikes are for people who want to get a bike that weighs 300 pounds for $100. They ride it once and put it in the garage until it finds its way to the garage sale five years down the road.

An all white bike is tough to come by these days with all the wild colors out there. Silver on the other hand! If you go with chromoly frame they usually come in all silver. it is lighter than the steel bike you are going to get at wal-mart. Aluminum is also an alternative comparable to cromoly but finding your color choices might be difficult. of coarse titanium is the lightest bike materials but unless you have a spare kidney to sell, you probably dont want to empty your wallet. Most bike frames come in either a 20 or 24 inch so that shouldnt be a problem in whatever you choose.

Go to a bike shop and get measured or try: http://www.ehow.com/how_14104_determine-correct-frame.html

Determine your budget, how much and where you will be riding. If you plan on riding with a club, contact them. You may be able to get valuable information from someone with a build similar to yours.

titanium is lightest. try http www.sevencycles.com for a custom titanium bike built to your measurements.
