Just dropping in to say thanks?

This might be against the 'Community Guidelines' because it's not really a question. Just dropping in to say thanks for all the valuable info I've picked up on bicycles & cycling. Especially from those like Bikeworks, Old Hippie, John M., Jib Jab & even the satirically wit from WLE.

After careful deliberation, I opted not to buy a road bike over the Internet. While visiting relatives in Tulsa, OK. I stumbled upon a Fuji dealer. I tried it, I liked it, I bought it.

And before anyone says something about a 7 speed on the rear, it is a cassette, not a freewheel. See? You can teach an ol' country boy. Plus a price below the suggested $639, proving you can negotiate. Thanks again. Most likely no best answer.

Proving once again the "Try B4 you Buy" theory works. Don't forget to take it back for it's free tune-up. It's worth the drive. Come back & let us know how you like those new Shimano A070 Dual Control shifter/brake levers. They're using the same thing on the new Scott Speedster 60.

I know we recommend to get an online bike sometimes, it's always the best choice to get one in stores, even if it may be a higher price. (We recommend online bikes because of people's price ranges). Have fun!

Welcome aboard.

Enjoy your new bike. Rest assured it won't be your last once you taste the road.
