There is a reason that you almost never see discs in the front... they make it almost impossible to turn.

Watch a few tri or time trial races- discs are limited to the rear wheel.

Apart from the difficulty in turning, front disc wheels make a bike almost impossible to control in any kind of crosswind. If you value your life, give up on this idea

You can make a 'poor man's' disk wheel by adding spoke covers. You can make them out of any sheet plastic, like for instance 'for sale' signs. Lighter weight is obviously better. Color as desired using spray paint designed for plastics.

Definitely don't put spoke covers on the front wheel.

You don't want a disk wheel on the front, it will made you look like a poser big time. Get a set of clip on aerobars if you want that look. It will be a lot more practical.

Bike shop. But it's a big trade off. They aren't lighter and you can get knocked right over on a windy day.

road bike frames and forks dont usually have disk brake mounts on them and its gonna be hard to find a road bike disk rim for under 100, Chris King makes single speed ones but they are very expensive. ask your local bike shop.

1. its T-R-I-A-T-H-L-O-N

2. Front disc wheels are not allowed in the sport of triathlon, or any outdoor cycling competitions, for safety reasons.
