It is ment to lubercate stuff, but a bike? (Heavy duty) Will it work on a bike? which is better, that or WD 40.

NEVER use WD40 on a bike unless you are cleaning the chain. It is not a lubricant no matter what the can might imply.
Silicone is not a good idea either. If you want to lube your chain and pivot points buy a small bottle of PTFE based lube from a bike shop. It'll last you a loooong time.

Buy a bottle of Finish Line wet lube for the chain and a bottle of TriFlow for cables and pivot points on derailleurs.

Use teflon lube for chains,derailleurs,gears and silicone spray for your fork.You can use WD40,but it collects more dirt and can be washed away easier than the teflon.
