BMX chains are 1/2" x 1/8". They are common and most bike shops and retail stores that sell bikes will have them.

go to the local walmart and pick up a one speed chain. they will have both 10 speed and one to three speed chain. walmart is cheap for the parts you need, this is not an advirtisment.

go to any bike shop that chain i think is 1 1/8 and the bike shop will use a chain braker to make the chain the right size you could do this your self but it is good to ask someone to show you first
